It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Smith of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lincoln Richardson and Annie Lucille Grant Richardson; her husband Lawrence K. Smith; and her siblings, Charles Kenneth Richardson and Annie Jean Carr.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Goodwin (Mark) of Phenix City, AL, David Michael Weathersby (Julie) of Kenai, AK and Darrell Thomas Weathersby (Audrey) of Midland, GA; her brother James Robert Richardson (Linda) of Franklin, GA; her grandchildren, Sasha Gardner and Nikolas Weathersby; and her great grandchild C. J. Gardner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
