He is survived by: his children, Teresa Hathcock, Tommy Lee Smith, Jr. (Heather), Tabitha Ann Haile, Terry Michael Smith, Joshua Smith and Kevin Lee Smith; and his sister Juanita Smith. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with many extended family and friends.
