He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson David Keeter and Lenora Mae Clayton Keeter; and his siblings, Dorothy Griffith, Clifton Keeter and Alfred Keeter.
He is survived by: his wife Willene Keeter of Phenix City, Alabama; and his children, Kathy Evans (Randy) of Salem, Diane Lynn (Charles) of Seale, Alabama and Chuck Keeter (Vikki) of Buena Vista, Georgia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; many other relatives and friends.
