He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Ashford, Sr. and Jannie Mae Ashford. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ashford; his children, Stephanie L. Taylor, Felicia Robbins (Eddie) and Corey D. Ashford of Smiths, AL; his siblings, Calvin Ashford (Jill) of Smiths, AL and Diann White (Watkin) of Memphis, TN; and his goddaughter Sara Jones Richardson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
