Willie Frank is survived by: son Rodney Allen (Monica); grandchildren, Rodney Allen, Jr., Malcolm Allen, Veronica Allen, Vanessa Allen and Jasmine Allen; siblings, Della Simpson, Louise Moore, Betty Allen, Essie Kate Moore, Brenda Ligon, Jessie Moore and Tommy Moore; and sister-in-law Annie Pearl Moore. Willie Frank is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
