He is survived by: his wife Marvinell "Nell" Brown Swinney; his children, Lisa Taylor (Patrick), Richard "Rick" Swinney (Cathy) and Ryan Swinney (Tina); his son-in-law Bill Benford; his grandchildren, Joy Robinson (Trent), Joshua Taylor, Jyl Loden (Eric), Julianna Wilson (Riley), Tanna Benford, Tatum Benford, Brooke Duncan (Jackson), Logan Swinney, Chase Swinney (Caitlan) and Abby Sweeney (Derek); his great grandchildren, John, Hannah, Sarah, Gracie, Heidi Robinson, Emmett Duncan, Joanna, Bethany, Nathan Loden and Adeline Swinney; and his siblings, Robby Swinney (Donna) and Linda Swensk. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
