She was predeceased by : her granddaughter Baylee Anne Ooten; and her parents, Johnnie Mack and Vera Smith Howell. She is survived by : her sons, Cody Ooten (Kathryn Johnson) of North Carolina and Adam Ooten (Mindy Perez) of Alexandria; her grandchildren, Abigail Ooten, Sean Perez, Jaiden Perez, Trevor Perez and Bailey Perez; and her siblings, Angela Hulsey (Jeff), Linda Tubb (Hal), Beverly Beam (Larry), Gloria Reid (Denny) and Robert Howell (Beth).
