She was predeceased by: her husband Kelly Rountree; and her parents, Claudie Humphrey and Eunice Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Mickey Maddox and Vanessa Rountree; her grandchildren, Kyle Maddox of Piedmont and Brandon Maddox of Piedmont; and her siblings, Lora Ivey (Barry) of Jacksonville, Gerald Humphrey (Connie) of Piedmont and Matthew Humphrey of Jacksonville.
