He is survived by : his wife Debbie Murray Parker; his children, Dustin Parker (Christina), Jimmy Medley (Michelle), Johnna Parker Lance, Deborah Medley Pledger (Paul) and Jamie Medley Sims (Greg); his grandchildren, Lauren Sears, Melissa Fortenberry, Brooke Rains, Jessica Parker, Zack Parker, Braden Cardinal, Madelynn Parker, Alexis Parker, Courtney Surrett, Brianna Surrett, Deana Harris, Blake Reaves, Tyler Pledger, Jimmy Lee Medley, Korey Stiefel and Coltin Sims; his brother Jerry Hulsey; and his close friends, Tim O'Conner, Steve Peters, Mike, Tracey Duman, Ted Henegar, Rick and Ginger Blythe. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
