Mammie Louise Keahey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mammie Louise Keahey of Piedmont, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Mammie Louise may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mammie Louise touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Ernest Keahey; and her brothers, Kenneth Baldwin and Jerry Baldwin. She is survived by: her sons, Billy Joe Keahey and Robert Clyde Keahey; and her siblings, Glenda Sue Baldwin, Joe Baldwin, Russell Baldwin and Harvey Baldwin. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dansby Heritage Chapel (707 Southern Ave, Piedmont, AL 36272). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
