We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2022, at the age of 73, Shirley Blackwelder of Piedmont, Alabama, born in Spring Garden, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Hilburn Livingston; and her brother Eddy Livingston. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Eddie Blackwelder; her devoted lapdog Beaux; and her siblings, Jo Keenum and Scooter Livingston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
