She was predeceased by : her parents, Houston Pearson and Elizabeth McClure Pearson; her husband James Henry Arnold; her children, Julie Marie and Kyle; and her brother Jerome Pearson.

She is survived by : her children, Lesha Monk (Bruce) of Leroy, AL, Patsy Dunagan (Jed) of Pine Hill, AL and Nathan Arnold (Michele) of Reidsville, NC; her daughter-in-law Sue Arnold of Greenville, AL; her sister Mary Lou Criswell of Jackson, AL; and her grandchildren, Jerod Kyle Arnold, Tela Dunagan Noreikas, Leslie Ann Arnold, Sara Cally Dunagan, Erica Elizabeth Monk, Jennifer Grace Arnold and James Jordan Arnold. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
