She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Mendenhall and Violet Mendenhall; her husband William Howard Phillips; and her brothers, Walter J. Mendenhall, James Mendenhall, Randolph Mendenhall and Donnie Mendenhall.
She is survived by : her sons, Aaron Phillips (Kathy), Wayne Phillips (Kat), Kendall Phillips (Felicia) and Doug Phillips (Angie); and her siblings, Lorene Vick, Reede Mendenhall (Carolyn) and Eugene Mendenhall (Annette). She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren.
