She is survived by: her sons, Richard Hullett and Terry Hullett (Joy); her stepchildren, Virginia Dale Glass, Beulah Ann York and Larry Wootten; and her grandchildren, Christopher Youngblood (Amber), Stephen Hullett, Marissa Hullett, Steven James (Christi) and Carrie Hoffregge. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
