He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Noah Baty and Betty Jo McCay Harvey. He is survived by: his fiancée Karen Williamson; his children, Lecrishia Pearson (Tracy), Amanda Capps (Brad) and DeShawn Kritner (Heath); his grandchildren, Lauren Sanders, William Sanders, Ethan Kritner, Alyssa Kritner, Aleigha Farmer and Lucas Pearson; his great grandchild Amelia Sanders; his siblings, Wanda Baty and Caren Johnson (Bobby); and his pets, Rosie and Dixie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
