She is survived by: her mother Judy Carol Hayes (John Thomas Wade); her children, Blake Wade (Tristian), Tyler Owens (Madison Ivey) and Ashlyn Box (Joseph); and her sister Katherine Lee (Quentin). She is also survived by four grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
