She was predeceased by : her parents, Colonel Edison Matthews and Lillie Rose Broumbalough Matthews; and her siblings, Ronnie Matthews, Ruth Lively and Anna Rose Matthews.
She is survived by : her husband Dale Adams; her children, Vince Adams (Kim), Steve Adams (Allison) and Brenda Davis; and her siblings, Paul Matthews (Glenna), Joyce Livingston and Pauletta Ford (Tom). She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
