He is survived by : his children, Patty Cook Griffith (Bill) and Jimmy Cook; and his grandchildren, Britany Cook (Greg Houser), Kristina Jenkins (Bryan), Jamie Griffith and Steven Crumpton (Erica). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
