She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrell Shelby Hartley and Arlene Lisenby Hartley; and her sister Jerrye Settler. She is survived by: her children, Terrell W. Caudle, Randall K. Caudle (Gloria), David E. Caudle and Deborah Culpepper (Stephen A.). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great great- grandchild.

The family has requested no flowers.
