He was predeceased by: his wife Anna May Keeney; and his parents, Joseph J. Keeney Sr. and Phyllis G. Keeney. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Allen (Mark); and his siblings, Michael Keeney (Joyce), Patti Conti and Colleen McCraken (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
