It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas D. Haney Sr. of Prattville, Alabama, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Tate Haney and Daisy Belle Hollingshead Haney; his significant other Ruth Dean Haney; and his siblings, Henry Burt Haney (Martha) and Dewie Mae Haney Herring (Donald).

He is survived by : his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Leonard (Richard), Wanda G. Haney and Thomas "Danny" Haney, Jr. (Brooke); and his sister Mary B. Haney McGinty (Mack). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 14 Great-Grandchildren.
