He was predeceased by: his wife Vivian Wright Carlisle; and his parents, Willie Frank Carlisle and Bessie Ellis. He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Glenda Wright and Nancy Wade (Mark); and his nephew Gavin Wade.

Flowers are welcome but, contributions can be made to Glynwood Baptist Church or ones favorite charity.
