He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smalley and Elba Smalley; his son-in-law Johnny Wright Roger Dutton; and his siblings, Verbon Smalley Bobby Smalley, Elaine Chester, Velma Wooten and Doris Hairston.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Smalley; and his children, Danny Smalley (Valerie), Lynne Smalley Wright, Sharon Smalley Dutton and Karen Smalley Hughes (Michael). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren & 2 on the way, A Host of Relatives.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rainsville Funeral Home (498 McCurdy Ave N, Rainsville, AL 35986). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
