She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Skinner and Sylvania Skinner (Carlice Whitley); and her siblings, Charles Skinner and Mildred Bearden. She is survived by: her children, Debby W. Kaylor and Gerald Whitley; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Smith, Jarrod Smith, Justin Smith, Trent Kaylor and Grayson Whitley. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren - 8 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
