He was predeceased by : his father C. B. Lindsey; and his grandparents, Kenneth, Dollie Lindsey, Grady and Mary Phillips.

He is survived by : his mother Mary Verzino; his children, Carson Lindsey, Grayson Lindsey and Anna Grace Lindsey; the mother of his children Pam Lindsey; his sister Jacquelene Lindsey Lee (Billy Ray); and his nephew Adam Lee (Ashley).
