With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Weldon (Riverside, Alabama), who passed away on May 28, 2018 at the age of 46. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jason Bradley Weldon. She is survived by: her parents, Faye Duckett and Robert Duckett; her siblings, Ted Duckett (Kelly) and Tonya Washburn (Chad); her parent-in-law Sandra Weldon; and also, Eddie Weldon and Ashley Weldon.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for the benefit of Teri's daughter, Ashley Weldon, to help with the continuation of her education.
