She was predeceased by: her husband John Clifton Brooks; and her daughters, Jacquelyn Cassey Alligood and Susan Elaine Neesmith. She is survived by: her son-in-law Morris Neesmith of Roanoke, Alabama; and her daughters, Dawn Neal of Macon, Georgia Sanders and Kay Sanders of Cleveland, Georgia. She is also survived by five grandchildren; many greatgrandchildren; several great-greatgrandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
