He was predeceased by: his parents, Alwyn Reid and Thelma Waid Prince; and his children, Holly, Karen Prince and Timothy Prince.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kirby Prince of Roanoke; his children, Nancy Prince Moore (Gregg) of Roanoke and Bill Prince, Jr. (Carolyn) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Chad, Michele Prince of Oxford, Dr. Brad, Nikole Prince of Carrollton, Lee, Calli Moore of Roanoke and Ashley Moore of Roanoke; his great grandchildren, Hannah Prince, Harrison Prince, Mileah Prince, Hayden Prince, Cara Prince and Halle Prince; his granddaughters, Sarah Lynn and Chloe Moore; and his brother Jim Prince (Janella) of Lineville.
The family requests that anyone attending the visitation and/or service to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
