He is survived by: his wife Judy Harvel of Roanoke; his children, Melissa Hill (Chance) of Roanoke, Nicole Yerta (Josh) of Opelika and Billy Harvel (Jana) of Pulaski, TN; his close friends, Harold Maynard, Barry Nelson, B. G. Harvel, Steve Smoot and Jamison Hester; and also, Will Pennington, Logan Harvel, Nathan Harvel, Hayden Harvel, Braxton Yerta, Peyton Yerta, Cason Hill, Reece Hill and Aiden Yerta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
