He was predeceased by: his parents, James Billy Towler, Sr. and Earla Joyce Bailey Harpe; and his sister Rhonda Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Norred Towler; his sons, Rodney Towler, Randall Towler (Traci), Charlie Towler (Kelley) and Glenn Towler (Ashely); his stepsons, Alan Moore, Brandon Moore and Chad Moore; his grandchildren, Tori Mobley (D. J.), Jobie Traylor, Ryan Thacker, Jordan Smith, Andrew Fordham, Grace Fordham, Caleigh Towler, Mason Towler, Luke Towler and Jacob Towler; and his sister Wanda Mapp. He is also survived by 7 Stepgrandchildren.
Special nephew: Chuck Mapp, Uncle, Carey Bailey The family respectfully request no flowers, donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home for funeral expenses or to the American Heart Association.
