We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2022, at the age of 70, Chris Mitchum of Roanoke, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chris Mitchum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Luther and Lily Mae Ray Mitchum; and his nephew Brad Mitchum. He is survived by: his brother William Allen Mitchum of Roanoke; his nieces, Jodi Parmer (Wayne) of Roanoke and Molly Mitchum of Roanoke; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan Lyons, Mitch Parmer, Matthew Higgins and Natalie Higgins; and his close friend Phillip Tucker.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Randolph County Animal Shelter 104 Animal Shelter Road, Wedowee, AL 36278.
