She was predeceased by: her husband Jewell Baldwin; her son Frank Baldwin; her son-in-law Eugene Moore; and her siblings, Bernice Mulkey and Bill Striblin.

She is survived by: her children, Pauline Moore of Roanoke and Jack Baldwin (Martha) of Whitesburg, GA; her daughter-in-law Margaret Baldwin of Conyers, GA; her sister Dorothy Robinson of Roanoke; and also Marie McDaniel. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
