He is survived by: his wife Agnes Allen (Phillips) of Roanoke, AL; his children, Charles Allen (Kaye) of Carrollton, Georgia, Wanda Allen (Rick) of Valley, Sandra Lyons (James) and Dinah Allen (Darrell) of Roanoke, AL; his sisters, Doris Thompson of Roanoke, AL and Christine Allen of Detroit, MI; his great grandchildren, Xavier Watkins, Tiara Allen, Nicolette Allen, Raeven Finch, Niesha Lyons, QuonDarius Lyons, Laekyn Allen and Tayten Marable; and his brothers-in-law, Dolphus Phillips of Chattanooga, TN, Donny Phillips of Chattanooga, TN, Bobby Phillips of Chattanooga, TN and Larry Phillips of Chattanooga, TN. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives and friends.
