He is survived by: his wife Jeraldine Whaley of Roanoke; his children, Kathy Butler (Steve) of Roanoke and Alan Whaley (Jan) of Wedowee; his grandchildren, Mike Waldrep (Charity) of Jemison, AL and Jennifer Newsome (Mitchell) of Roanoke; his great grandchildren, Caitlin Waldrep of Wedowee, AL, Morgan Waldrep of Wedowee, AL, Ridge Waldrep of Wedowee, AL, Ryder Mac Waldrep of Wedowee, AL, Pacee Morgan of Roanoke and Kade Morgan of Roanoke; and his brother Bayron Whaley (Janell) of Roanoke.
