He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman S. Perry and Mildred Lane Perry; and his brother James Truman "Jimmy" Perry. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Knight Perry of Roanoke; his daughters, Donna Weaver of Virginia and Toni Peaden (Matt) of Florida; his grandchildren, William "Bill" Denney and Kellye Quirk (Eric); his great grandchildren, Mary Elsie Quirk and Annabelle Rose Quirk; and his brother John Lane Perry.
