He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hilliard and Evelyn Hilliard; and his son Matthew Hilliard. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hilliard; his son Mark Hilliard of California; and his siblings, Bonnie Condra of Texas, Beverly Harvey of Georgia and Barry Hilliard of Florida. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
