He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Baker and Susie Ware Baker; and his son Eddie Robert. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Baker of Lanett, AL, Lizzie Gregg of Roanoke, Margaret Grady of Roanoke and Deborah Chislom of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Michelle Join (George), Tracy Banks of Saginaw, MI, Vanessa Baker of Northport, AL, Mark Baker of Lineville, AL, Michael Grady of Roanoke, AL, Kristie Digby of Roanoke, AL, Tasha Baker of Roanoke, AL, Tiffany Chislom of Lithonia, GA, Tarail Grady (Tiesha) and Raven Chislom; and his sisters, Ora Bell Bailey, Ora Lee Chatman and Georgia Lizzie Holliman. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; five great, great-grandchildren.
