She is survived by: her husband Barry Kent Hammond of Roanoke; her son James Malachi Hammond of Roanoke; her siblings, Patricia Wilson Gatlin (Steve) of Mobile, Benita Cash (Bruce) of Fruithurst, Jennifer Hunt of Heflin, AL and Michael Dale Wilson of Muscadine; and her mother Bobbie N. Moore Wilson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
