She was predeceased by: her parents, Emeris Buck Brand and Evelyn Jean Robinson. She is survived by: her husband Walter James Russell, Jr. of Roanoke; her children, Shelley Gates (Scott) of Roanoke and Walter James Russell, III (Becky) of Newnan; her brother Michael Ricky Brand (Mary) of St. Simons Island; her grandchildren, Walter James Russell IV, Abby Russell, Katlyn Wilson and Emily Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Walt Russell and Aria Russell.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church in Waco, Georgia.
