He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Conn and Elsie McCoy Conn; his sons, Heath Conn and Joel Conn; and his siblings, Lundy Conn, Gene Conn and Betty Sue Conn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Conn of Roanoke and Janice Conn of Jasper; his grandchildren, Brett Conn, Kenneth Conn, Brittany Conn Eastwood, Peyton Couey, Heath Conn, Amber Taylor and Haley Taylor; and his siblings, Mary Blum of Florida, Linda Ford Howell of Betsy Lane, KY, Mable Maynard of Pikeville, KY and Lando Conn of Cleveland, TN.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
