He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milford and Lola Ophelia McKay Wallace; his wife Annie Laurie Wallace; and his son-in-law Bobby Burroughs. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Burroughs of Roanoke and Terry Lynn Hooper (Walter) of Spring City, TN; his grandchildren, Auburn Brasher (Jeffery) of Rome, GA, Walter Hooper IV (Linda) of Chattanooga, TN and Will Hooper (Katie) of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Lola Foy Saxon of Graham, Rex Wallace of Newell and Wayne Wallace of Northport, AL..
