He is survived by: his wife Judy Ware Whaley of Roanoke; and his children, Buster Whaley of Wedowee, Ricky Whaley of Wedowee, Rex Whaley (Tonja) of Wedowee, Tim Vinson Taylor (Shelba) of Jonesboro, GA, Rhonda J. Taylor of Roanoke and Wendy Lundy (Jason) of Wadley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
