It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Foerster Ford (Roanoke, Alabama), who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Edward and Ruby Dean Gray Foerster; her husband Robert Ford; her son William "Bill" Ford; and her siblings, Louise Astumian and Gray Foerster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Oakley of Fontana, CA and Cathy Stone (Ed) of Pelzer, SC; and her daughter-in-law Pam Ford of Roanoke. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Roanoke or the church of one's choice.
