Phipher, Jr. (Ano); and his aunts, Beatrice Esters of Atlanta, GA, Gladys Bradshaw of Atlanta, GA, Virginia Bradshaw, Welch and Frankie Baker. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
