He is survived by: his wife Betty Crockett Houze of Roanoke; his daughter Laura Allen (Rick) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Justin Allen (Jessica), Anslee Haygood (Brian) and Christian Allen; and his great grandchildren, Reynolds Haygood, Colson Allen and Channing Haygood.
