She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pemiliton and Myrtis Brown Mitchell; her husband Tom Vinson; her children, Peggy Sue Puckett and Stephen Puckett; her grandson Phillip Morris; her great grandchild Brandon Rushton; and her sisters, Sara Knight, Joyce Denham and Barbara McDow.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Wooley of Valley, Charlotte Puckett of Roanoke, Jennifer Kirby (Tim) of Roanoke, Patsy Knight (Lee) of Wadley, Terry Puckett of Roanoke, Stanley Vinson of Fayetteville, Glenn Vinson (Lynn) of Roanoke, Sylvia McConnell (Lee) of Roanoke, Tammy Culbertson (Greg) of Roanoke and Chris Vinson (Maggie) of Rome. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
