He was predeceased by: his parents, E. L. Hubbard and Nannie Lou Ferguson Hubbard; and his siblings, Jack, Milford (Bud), Ray Hubbard, Faye Hubbard, Elizabeth Burdette and Pearl Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hubbard; his sister Jeanette Haynes of Waxhaw, N. C.; and his sister-in-law Deidra McGill (Ken). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
