He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred B. Moore and Janice Barfield Moore; his sister Mellissa Jane Moore; and his grandparents, Bennie L., Sarah Barfield and Eunice Moore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Lynn Moore of Woodland and Chloe Brooke Moore of Woodland; the mother of his children Lesli Arrington; his child Katrenia Arrington; his siblings, Sarah Denise Scott (Shawn) of Piedmont and Gregg Moore (Nancy) of Roanoke; his siblings' children, Ashley Moore and Lee Moore (Calli); and his grandparents, Bill and Joyce Prince. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to First State Bank, P.O. Box 264, Wedowee, AL 36278, to the Sarah & Chloe Moore Fund.
