With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ulysses Hawkins Jr. of Roanoke, Alabama, who passed away on December 30, 2021 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rufus and Jessie. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobby, Billy Hawkins (Crystal) of Roanoke, Alabama, Helen Hawkins of Roanoke, AL and Acquilla Woods of Huntsville, AL; his siblings-in-law, Eddie Morgan and Ruth Hawkins of Roanoke, AL; and his niece Jessica Hawkins of Roanoke, AL. He is also survived by other nephews, nieces, other loving relatives, and friends.

His religious foundation was built right here at home, at the Pure Holiness Church on Satterwhite Street, under the spiritual guidance of Bishop John and Frist Lady Barbara Ann Greathouse.
