He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Loest Cooper and Nolan Pier Cooper; and his brother Kim Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hory Cooper; his sons, Anthony Nolan Cooper (Rosie) and Garland Cooper Tsarouchas (John); his grandchildren, Ellen Ann Cooper, Haryford Nolan Cooper, Pier Terrance Cooper, Wimberly Catherine Tsarouchas, Thomas Cooper Tsarouchas and Joanna Garland Tsarouchas; and his sister Rebecca Cooper Bonner (Dave).
